As soon as payment is received, your orientation package will be sent out.
You will have 5-7 days to return your completed forms (including racial bias test & 60 question open test).
It then takes us just 3-days to complete the criminal background check. A copy of your background check may be faxed to you upon request within 30-60 days).

Hiring Process

We now have over 3500 subcontract and contract inspectors and we plan to add an additional 10,000 bank foreclosure inspectors around the country. From Alaska to Mississippi Inspectors are earning $250 for each inspection. We are paid $600.00 from the bank, for each inspection, and pay you $250. out of their payment.

We are expanding everywhere, but are now only accepting Contractors from select areas. All successful subcontractors will have a chance at a contract employee position.

What does it take to become a part of our growing inspection company?

1. You must get a state's- national criminal background and reference check - done by a third-party company. To be considered for the Contract Employee Position, you must also clear our State/ National Driver's Check. Each person who applies will get the either the contract or subcontract position if their background check comes back O. K.

2. Everyone must also complete our Bank Inspector Foreclosure Kit, inside the kit is the following:

60 question, open-book, test on Inspections

10 question- racial bias inquiry Inspector Days and Times availability form Employee Application

15 pages of web site and court house information Step by step guide on "checklist" inspections

20 Pages of our company's references and credentials We have now packed over

60 pages of information into the kit No experience or state license is required for the checklist

Bank Foreclosure Inspections "walk-thru only ". The State and National criminal background checks are mandatory due to you going into and out of inspection properties.

***If hired as a contract employee you're guaranteed three inspections each week at $250 per inspection. These are on-call, non-hostile, inspections directly authorized by various banks. Our Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Contract employees must be available at least 4-6 hours each day.

How are the Contract Employee's Selected?

If you become a subcontractor, we will provide you information on how to get these inspections from the web and the local courthouse, you're paid $250 from the person ordering the inspection with $35 due back to our company. Your complete orientation package (including state and national criminal background and reference check) will cost you $89.00 payable by Visa / Master Card, Money Order, Or Western Union. We will rush the kit to you within 3-4 days.

How are the Contractor Employees graded and selected?

In areas that we've stated have Contract Employee Positions available:

From the first 25 applicants, we will hire 4 individuals who qualify for the Contract employee position.

Our selection will be based upon how well you do in...

(1) The 60 question, open-book test

(2) Our 10 question racial bias questionnaire

(3) Your Availability (Days/Times form)

(4) Your Driving Record / Criminal background check.

You are welcome to supply us with your references and credentials, however, they are not required.

So of the first 25 applicants of a given area: 4 will become Contractors dealing directly with us, and 21 will become Sub-Contractors.

If you apply from any other area or after the first 25, you are welcome to join and pursue, what we consider, a great opportunity as a Sub-Contractor.
