Welcome to the Hotel Orientation segment for those joining our foreclosure inspection company. Orientation typically lasts 2-3 hours. We cover all aspects of our company from how to do these inspections, how long the inspections last, to which type of liability insurance is required. These are not standard home inspections - you do not need E&O insurance.
Subcontractors must follow our, field proven, company guidelines to land inspections. They are paid $250.00 per inspection direct from the person ordering the assessment with $35.00 due back to our company as a subcontractor fee.
To register for and attend orientation, you are required to pay $89.00 for your Foreclosure Kit and program information. Subcontractors must also provide us with their 1yr liability policy with our company name additionally insured. We will add you to our policy at a cost of $149.00 per year. Everyone who attends will receive an application and foreclosure kit at Orientation.
