If you are a financial institution (bank, mortgage company, title company, refinance company) or other business that may need property inspected (real estate agent, land contract holder) you will benefit from our services. We have been in business since 1982 and started as a regular home inspections company. As time passed we found that there were many other inspections to perform besides home inspections, and as a result our inspectors are now able to perform over 400 different types of property inspections. Each of our property inspectors has their own expertise in performing several different types of inspections, and those that we subcontract with will have licenses to perform those inspections that require them. Licensed inspections can include: home inspections, pest inspections, appraisals, electrical inspections, plumbing inspections, and a host more. In addition to the licensed inspections we also perform: well inspections, septic inspections, wetland inspections, occupancy inspections, city level inspections of residential neighborhoods, and more. Though we do not require all property inspectors to have licenses to join our company, we do require that all be certified through our training program before they are able to perform inspections.
