Due to our recent success in the foreclosure industry, we are looking to hire Contract Repair People to fix-up and repair foreclosed properties. You would be on call Monday-Friday, 10am-4:30pm. Job will include: repairs to interior & exterior, board-ups, re-keying locks, cabintry, carpeting, painting, install/remove doors and windows, drywall, etc.

Starting Salary: $700 per wk.

Our company receives work from real estate agents, banks, and mortgage companies that have properties returned to them in varying conditions. Many times this work must be completed quickly to avoid further damages or future condemnation. We also will get work form the general public, and even from our inspectors who may purchase a foreclosed property that needs work after it has been inspected.
